Our adventure in Greenland lasted two years to August 2007. Just after the wedding day we moved from Poland to Greenland to inhabit one of the houses at Sondrestrom Research Facility, close to Kangerlussuaq, the main international airport of Greenland. It was our next Arctic episode after scientific expeditions to Spitsbergen (Hornsund, Kaffioyra).

This quiet place at the head of the third longest fjord in Greenland called Kangerlussuaq (meaning Big Fjord) and the very special period of our lives will remain in our memories for always. The goal of this website is to share impressions and experiences from Greenland. Currently only the photogallery is working in English version and all articles will remain in Polish only.
